I’m gonna keep this as short and sweet and possible. Flipping Sites and Domains have been around for ages now and it’s considered the bread and butter for most webmasters these days, it’s a great way to make some quick cash and at the same time you’re actually help the web get better. Here is how it works.
1. Buy one
Buy a website and/or domain name that is dirt cheap but has the potential to do so much better and you know it can do tons of times better with your expertise and management. Buy one only if you know you can make it into something that can sell for a lot more. There are tons of places to buy a a website like that. You could start your search at :

Before you actually get yourself a fixer-upper you need to make sure it passes a few of my rules (you can have your own but use these as a guideline).
For sites.
1. The domain must be registered for the next 10 months at least.
2. The site must have at least minimal traffic of 50-100 visits a day.
3. Site must have relevant content (even if its a few pages)
4. Site must have 1-10 valid backlinks (even if its pr0)
5. Site must NOT be banned at adsense. You can use this tool to check if it’s banned or not!
6.Site must not be mentioned in bad reviews or any kind of slur around the net. Google the site a few times with different times.
7.Check to see if the content on the site is unique or not.Use this tool to see if it’s unique or not:

For domains
1. The domain must be registered for the next 1 year at least.
2. The domain must not have typos
3. The domain must have some valid keywords that you know you could use.
4. The domain must have possibilities of development. (like making a profitable content site..etc)
