If the traditional AdSense is partly responsible for the explosion of blogs online—the very same blogs that are eating into newspaper revenues—we imagine a similar struggle playing out in the video world, especially if amateur content continues to grow. Web publishers with AdSense get their friends to click ads so they can get more money. Some savvy webmasters have set up automated clicking models called “Hitbots” or “Clickbots,” which click away all day, and cost the advertiser. Now unless your website is specific to Mesothelioma, Adsense ads won’t even show up. Because everyone is doing this there are thousands of websites.
The second is to buy a complete Adsense Website that uses a template with all the work done for you. These websites usually have all the basic pages and starter articles presented in a unique manner. Any feedback from people who are using these “AdSense alternatives” would be great. I have a problem with Google not disclosing what % they pay, and for not providing reporting tools to track terms, what they earn, etc. It’s critical that 100% of your feed traffic be directed to the feed(s) you created in AdSense for feeds or your FeedBurner account. Luckily, this is fairly easy to do. Two sites could have the same visitor traffic, but could have huge AdSense revenue differences depending on their ad optimization.
